Committees

Below you can find the current committees at Lakes of Laguna HOA and their members. These committees were formally appointed in the first three meetings of 2014.

Committee Name	Description
Architectural Review Board	The Architecture Review Board is appointed by the Board of Directors and is responsible for reviewing and recommending for approval Architectural Applications from all homeowners. It is currently comprised of 5 members, appointed by the Board. An Architectural Application is required for any exterior work done on any home including painting, roofing, window replacement, etc. In addition, any major landscape modifications such as driveways and walkways or anything that might affect drainage must also have an Architectural Application before proceeding with any work.
Delinquencies	The Delinquecies Committee is appointed by the Board and is responsible for reviewing and maintaining control of the delinquencies in the community. It is currently comprised of 2 members, who are the current Board officers.
Fining	The Fining Committee is appointed by the Board and is responsible for the purpose of monitoring and enforcing the issuance of violation notices, in accordance with the Florida Statutes, Covenants and Bylaws. The committee currently comprised of 5 members. The committee is also responsible for reviewing violation issues and recommending the imposition of fines according to the Bylaws and Florida Statutes. None of the committee members are members or employees of the Board, or have any family relationship with the Board members or its employees, in accordance with FS 720.305(2)(b).
Leases	The Leases Committee is responsible for reviewing and recommending for approval Lease applications in the community. A Lease Application is required to be submitted by the renter and homeowner seeking to live in our community. Any renter or homeowner failing to comply with the leasing procedures is in violation of HOA regulations and may face rejection of the rental application, in accordance with the rules and regulations.
Social	The Social Committee is responsible for organizing the social activities and events for the community owners, residents and family members to enjoy.
